At Massage Wellbeing Wellness Centre, we believe your Sauna session should be an opportunity to take some time out while you also feel the benefits of Full Spectrum Infrared Saunas. By utilising the full spectrum, we more accurately mimic the infrared light gifted to us by the sun. By being closer to nature, our body interprets this light more efficiently compared with LED's which emit only a specific wavelength of light, which is not normal in nature.

Fun Fact!
Sauna is the only word in the English dictionary with its roots from the Finnish language. A sauna generally refers to the dry heat structures born from the ancient Finnish tradition. Colloquially, sauna is used to describe any heat therapy structure, created with the intention of healing the body using thermal therapy. However, the use of the word sauna in the infrared context does not specifically refer to the traditional units found in Finland.
